What is the best exercise to cut down my growing gut?
My appetite has increased a little bit recently and so have the gut. I would like know what exercise is the best known, that will drum my gut back to where it was. Says not pushing away from the table, because I've cut down on my intake. I want an exercise that specifically works on the gut.
